We take extreme pride in the health and fitness of every bird we sell. We will NEVER send a sick or injured bird. It's part of what makes us different, and proud of what we do. We are a breeder, not a broker, therefore we get the opportunity to closely monitor all of our birds before shipping. We give every bird a thorough examination and weight check before shipping to ensure we only send healthy, robust birds. In fact, you can even request a photo or video of your bird to show its health and activity level before we ship!
That being said, we still guarantee all birds we ship! Very rarely do we have any issue with birds perishing in transit. In the unlikely event that something happened, and your birds did not arrive safely you must take a picture and contact us by e-mail the day of receiving your package to receive a full credit. Credit will be in the form of store credit for any losses. Packages not picked up from the Post Office or Delta cargo on the day of arrival will be exempt from our guarantee. We do not give refunds or accept returns on birds under any circumstances. If your bird perishes in the days following its arrival we will handle those situations on a case by case basis. We always want to help our customers with their birds and any concerns, however once the birds arrive in their new homes we have no control over the possible dangers they could face.
